Tessa's Surgeries

Organized by PAWS New England

An Update on Tessa
Many of you will remember Tessa (Million Dollar Baby), the injured Weimaraner mix who was found on the side of the road in TN. Tessa had extensive injuries including severe breaks to both her front and back legs.

PAWS could not let this sweet girl down and did everything needed to save Tessa and get her into good health. Thanks to your generosity PAWS was able to raise $2,000 in our first chipin for Tessa which allowed us to begin treatment. Unfortunately, Tessa required much more extensive care than we initially thought including multiple surgeries on her rear leg, amputation of her front leg due to nerve damage, and most recently surgery to repair a cruciate ligament tear. In total, Tessa's care has cost nearly $4,000.

Please consider making a donation to help with Tessa's vetting costs or even adopting this sweet girl! She deserves the best and we will work to ensure she gets all that she deserves and more.
